1. Hundreds of Norwalk teenagers are returning home from school Tuesday with “for sale” signs tattooed on their bodies.
The Brien McMahon High School students are trying to raise awareness of human trafficking. “We are all for any promotion, anything that is going to get people talking,” said senior Carly Cordovano. “Anyone who sees a tattoo that says ‘for sale’ is obviously going to be interested.”
About 150 students got bar code stickers stuck to their arms as they passed between classes Tuesday morning, said Bob Kocienda, advisor to the school’s Center for Youth Leadership. He expected another 50 students to get the temporary tattoos during lunch hour.
Beneath the bar code were the words “for sale.”

  2. // THE GIRL IN CHAINS //

This short film is a visual poem telling a fictional tale about an innocent girl lured into human sex trafficking. The story in this poem is fictional, but is based on the true events of what is currently happening right now in front of our doorstep…sex slavery. We thought slavery was abolished, but it has actually evolved into a inhumane act of pure evil. This NEEDS to be stopped now. We have no agenda other than to make a film that will wake people up to this plague, and inspire them to take a stand for freedom. #stopslavery
